Franchise Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Franchise Development Manager (Remote Eligible).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory management strategy and business plan
• Source and qualify potential franchisee candidates, advancing them through the approval process
• Navigate the development agreement process, ensuring timely and efficient management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum three (3) years of franchise development or sales experience
• Preferred five (5) years of experience in the franchise industry, particularly in the restaurant segment
• Preferred multi-brand experience
• Familiarity with Franchise Disclosure Documents and Development agreements
