Franchise Engagement Director

Job Summary

To drive high-impact growth and operational efficiency, the full-time remote Franchise Engagement Director will manage regional operations for approximately 1,200 advisors, oversee financial management, and lead the implementation of strategic initiatives across territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage tracking and reporting tools to support business results and lead annual business planning
• Oversee daily regional operations, including financial management, communication systems, and advisor engagement
• Lead implementation planning for region-wide initiatives and provide support for strategic planning efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to drive results and manage financial performance (total P&L)
• Excellent organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects
• Demonstrated experience in developing business systems and reports using desktop tools
