Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Franchise Engagement & Implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage tracking, reporting, and analytic tools for business results and ensure efficient regional operations
• Oversee daily management of regional operations, including financial management and communication systems for advisor engagement
• Lead implementation planning for region-wide initiatives and provide strategic support to the Regional Vice President

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to drive results and manage financials (total P&L)
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience in developing and maintaining business systems and reports
