Franchise Engagement Manager

Job Summary

Leading franchise engagement operations in a hybrid work environment, the full-time Sr. Associate Manager, Franchise Engagement will manage communication, governance forums, and stakeholder alignment activities to support major technology initiatives impacting over 8,000 Taco Bell restaurants across the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Lead franchise technology engagement activities, including governance forums and stakeholder alignment
• Partner with PMO, Operations, and D&T leadership to develop franchise-facing communications and engagement materials
• Manage strategic communication and presentation development for key meetings and discussions

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business operations, program coordination, or franchise engagement
• Experience with cross-functional governance processes and stakeholder communications
• Strong skills in developing executive presentations and strategic communications
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
