A company is looking for a Senior Closing Consultant, Franchise Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead closing conferences and processes to ensure timely closings
• Review documentation and compile necessary closing deliverables for compliance
• Prepare closing disbursement documents and ensure accuracy of all figures and approvals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 5-10 years of Franchise Loan Closing experience
• Experience leading closing calls and articulating potential issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize workflow
