Franchise Learning Facilitator

Job Summary

Delivering high-quality learning experiences, the full-time Franchise Learning Facilitator will facilitate both virtual and in-person training for franchisees and hotel associates, while developing engaging learning content and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate live training programs and workshops for franchisees, hotel staff, and contact center associates
• Create and maintain diverse learning content, including instructor-led materials and eLearning courses
• Engage with stakeholders to support initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction and operational performance

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or learning and development
• Proven ability to facilitate instructor-led training in both virtual and in-person settings
• Experience in instructional design or curriculum development preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field
• Proficiency with Zoom and Microsoft Office applications
