Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Franchise Business Consultants to achieve regional operations and business performance goals
• Oversee strategic planning and execution for growth in sales, profitability, and network expansion
• Ensure effective use of data and analytics to support Franchisees and track regional performance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum High School diploma or GED; preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Preferred minimum of 7 years in multi-unit operations or franchise operations/business consulting
• Proven experience in franchise operations or business consulting within a multi-unit environment
• Demonstrated leadership experience in coaching and developing teams
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to create actionable plans
