• Manage databases and technical systems to ensure operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations or administrative roles, preferably in fitness or franchise systems
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable with CRM software and video conferencing tools
• Experience within a barre3 studio or with Mariana Tek is a plus
