Job Summary

As a full-time Franchise Planning Manager, the successful candidate will shape the integration of Netflix's key IPs across games and interactive experiences, collaborating with various teams to ensure cohesive franchise narratives and alignment with broader Netflix initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Franchise/Brand Leads to map the games portfolio to the long-term vision of each franchise
• Act as a central coordination point for franchise representation across games, ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Contribute to the development of multi-year franchise games roadmaps and maintain clear documentation of initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in games, entertainment, or media with a focus on franchise or IP management
• Experience with franchise-driven content across multiple titles or formats
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and aligning diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to organize complex portfolios and maintain visibility across initiatives
• Solid understanding of the game development ecosystem and experience in strategy roles at relevant organizations
