Job Summary
To establish a strong presence in the franchise sector, the full-time remote Senior Sales Director will build a book of business, develop key relationships, and drive customer acquisition strategies across various franchise categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and pursue high-value opportunities within the franchise market, targeting franchisors, franchisee networks, and supporting agencies
- Own the sales process from prospecting to closing, building a robust pipeline and refining sales strategies
- Provide thought leadership on customer acquisition and attribution for multi-location businesses, aligning solutions with client growth objectives
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in business development or enterprise sales, preferably in martech, adtech, or media with franchise exposure
- Demonstrable track record of net-new business development and category creation
- Deep understanding of the franchise landscape, including franchisor-franchisee dynamics and co-op marketing
- Fluency in data-driven marketing, identity, and attribution, with strong consultative selling skills
- An existing network of relationships within the franchise community is a strong plus
