Job Summary

A company is looking for a Franchise Standards Representative to support franchise owners and ensure compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Enforce minimum operational standards and franchise agreement provisions with franchise owners
• Conduct operational and financial standards reviews and provide timely follow-ups
• Recommend best practices to franchise owners to enhance service quality and consistency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an Associate's degree
• 2+ years of business experience or equivalent education and work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Google Workspace is recommended
• Ability to establish trust-based relationships and influence stakeholders
• Experience managing projects and evaluating processes for improvements
