Franchise Strategy Director

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Franchise Strategy Director will design, implement, and sustain management systems while collaborating with the Brand President to drive operational consistency and strategic growth across the franchise network.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with the Brand President to translate annual strategy into prioritized initiatives with defined KPIs and milestones
• Lead cross-functional teams through proposal and execution phases using improvement methodologies
• Design and maintain performance tools, connecting operational execution to financial outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10 years of experience in operations management, P&L responsibility, or business process improvement
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing management systems or continuous improvement programs
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build financial models and performance frameworks
• Experience in franchise, multi-unit, or distributed operating environments
