Fraud Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fraud and Chargebacks Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify suspicious patterns and potential fraud cases for further investigation
• Monitor transactions for potential fraudulent activity and track fraud and chargeback metrics
• Handle escalations, routine cases, and collaborate with internal and external teams

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years in an analyst role within ecommerce, payments, or fraud industries
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and beginner to intermediate SQL proficiency
• Experience with fraud detection tools and techniques
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in fraud management
