Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fraud and Chargebacks Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify suspicious patterns and potential fraud cases for further investigation
Monitor transactions for potential fraudulent activity and track fraud and chargeback metrics
Handle escalations, routine cases, and collaborate with internal and external teams

Required Qualifications:

1-2 years in an analyst role within ecommerce, payments, or fraud industries
Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and beginner to intermediate SQL proficiency
Experience with fraud detection tools and techniques
Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in fraud management
