Fraud Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fraud Analyst to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze network traffic and orders to assess risk and mitigate fraud
• Handle inbound calls regarding suspected fraud and make follow-up calls on fraud orders
• Manage multiple systems and fraud queues while operating in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• Must provide your own computer monitor; remaining equipment will be provided
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must have a dedicated workspace free of distractions and high-speed internet
• Schedule flexibility to work within hours of operation, 7 days a week
