Fraud Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fraud Analyst to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze network traffic and orders to assess risk and mitigate fraud
• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding suspected fraud and secure equipment
• Review traffic patterns and create cases for customers related to fraudulent activity

Required Qualifications

• Must provide your own computer monitor; remaining equipment will be provided
• Must be 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a dedicated workspace free of distractions and high-speed internet
• Ability to operate multiple systems and maintain engagement on calls
• Schedule flexibility to work within hours of operation, 7 days a week
