Fraud Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Carrier Operations Fraud Analyst who will manage and oversee the Special Investigations Unit program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fraud investigations and report referrals to regulatory bodies
• Manage annual SIU reporting requirements and collaborate with internal teams to detect fraud
• Develop and maintain fraud-related workflows, documentation, and training programs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance operations, fraud investigation, or compliance
• Strong understanding of insurance operations, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements
• Experience with state fraud reporting, audits, and fraud investigation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
