Job Summary
Fraud Analyst, a full-time remote position, is responsible for analyzing data, managing caseloads, and conducting investigations to identify and assess risks related to fraud.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze data to identify and solve problems within the area of expertise
- Conduct outbound communications with stakeholders to gather information and provide guidance
- Manage and prioritize caseloads, ensuring compliance with regulations and documenting findings accurately
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a transactional review/processing environment or equivalent experience in enrollment
- Experience using bank and/or identity validation tools
- Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calls and assess risk
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
