Fraud Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Fraud Analyst, the full-time hybrid role will review and analyze fraud cases across various products, conduct investigations, and engage with customers to verify application details and transaction legitimacy.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze fraud cases to determine risk levels associated with suspicious transactions and applications
• Conduct detailed investigations using multiple sources and engage with customers to verify transaction accuracy
• Identify patterns in fraudulent activity and collaborate with internal teams to enhance fraud prevention measures

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the financial services industry
• 1+ years of experience as a fraud analyst or investigator is a plus
• High School diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of fraud detection systems and tools
• Familiarity with credit card and lending industry regulations and practices
