Job Summary
Passionate about safeguarding digital marketplaces, the full-time remote Fraud Specialist will monitor marketplace activity for suspicious behaviors, analyze data to identify fraud patterns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance fraud detection systems.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor marketplace activity to detect suspicious behaviors and prevent fraudulent transactions
- Analyze data to identify fraud patterns, emerging risks, and new attack vectors
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to design and improve fraud detection and prevention systems
Required qualifications
- Experience in fraud analysis, risk management, or trust & safety within a marketplace, fintech, or e-commerce environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, spot patterns, and draw actionable insights
- Familiarity with fraud monitoring tools, anomaly detection, or rule-based systems
- Proactive mindset, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-scaling environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams
