Job Summary

To enhance fraud detection capabilities, the full-time remote Fraud Analyst will develop expertise in fraud patterns, improve detection quality, and handle customer requests related to fraud case analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep expertise of fraud patterns observed across customers' traffic
• Improve the long-term quality of fraud detection across the product line
• Handle customer requests regarding fraud case analysis and reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Passion for data exploration and analysis
• Mastery of Python and SQL
• Experience in cyber security (web threats) or fraud
• Strong ability to automate processes with scripting and AI
