Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Fraud Analyst will monitor fraud alerts, investigate suspicious transactions, and support fraud prevention efforts while engaging with customers and financial institutions during their 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM Central Time shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and investigate potentially fraudulent transactions and account activity
- Analyze suspicious behaviors to identify fraud trends and patterns
- Handle customer communications related to fraud, lost cards, and account concerns
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
