Fraud Analyst
Job Summary
Investigating and resolving fraud cases, the remote Fraud Analyst will manage fraud detection and chargeback processes for Engine X's corporate card and travel marketplace, ensuring thorough documentation and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate and close fraud cases through the full investigation lifecycle, including card fraud and application fraud
- Triage Early Fraud Warning alerts to prevent disputes from escalating
- Document cases to meet standards required for Suspicious Activity Report filing and identify patterns across cases
Required qualifications
- Experience investigating fraud cases from alert through resolution
- Knowledge of chargeback and dispute lifecycle processes
- Strong written documentation skills suitable for regulatory review
- Experience with Salesforce or equivalent case management platforms
- Familiarity with fraud detection platforms (e.g., SEON, Kount) is a plus
