A company is looking for a Fraud Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth reviews and investigations of merchant and borrower accounts to manage and mitigate fraud risks
• Conduct phone interviews to verify customer identities with high fraud risk attributes
• Analyze fraud-related trends and propose improvements to enhance fraud detection and prevention processes

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of financial fraud investigation experience in the financial services industry
• Ability to perform investigations autonomously and accurately
• High accountability and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving, investigative, and analytical skills
• FinTech experience and certifications in lending or fraud space are a plus
