Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fraud Analyst - Bilingual Japanese and English

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor account activity to identify fraudulent financial transactions and violations
• Secure accounts to prevent losses and work with internal departments to validate authorized charges
• Resolve customer service issues or fraudulent activity with merchants and maintain processing statistics

Required Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in both written and verbal kanji/Japanese
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three to five years of related work experience
• Experience with loss mitigation
• Technical or trade school certificate in business or computer science preferred
