Job Summary
A company is looking for a Fraud Analytics Associate to join their Risk & Analytics team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish key fraud performance metrics and develop automated reporting to monitor these KPIs
- Develop and maintain fraud detection strategies and business rules that balance fraud loss and customer experience
- Collaborate with various partners within the company to identify emerging threats and implement changes to protect against fraud
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business discipline (e.g., math, statistics, finance, economics, engineering)
- 3+ years of relevant fraud analytics experience in the FinTech industry
- Knowledge of fraud schemes, financially motivated cybercrime trends, and fraud prevention methods
- Proficiency using SQL and working with relational databases
- Proficiency using Python to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights
