Fraud and Disputes Associate

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team remotely, the full-time Fraud and Disputes Associate will investigate disputes for card and ACH transactions, manage the chargeback lifecycle, and analyze suspicious account activity to mitigate fraud while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate disputes for card and ACH transactions according to applicable regulations
• Manage the end-to-end chargeback lifecycle, leveraging knowledge of Mastercard network rules
• Analyze complex transaction data to identify and mitigate fraudulent activity

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in mobile deposit capture processing and dispute investigations
• Expertise in consumer payment rules and regulations, including Reg E and Nacha
• Proven experience in chargeback lifecycle management
• Strong understanding of risk and controls in transaction analysis
• Ability to synthesize incomplete information into clear, logical determinations
