Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative - Fraud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls regarding suspected fraud traffic and identity theft
- Create cases for customers and analyze network traffic to assess risk
- Manage multiple systems and high-volume workload to mitigate fraud
Required Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a dedicated workspace free of distractions
- Must have high-speed internet and ability to connect directly to an ethernet portal
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
