Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls regarding suspected fraud traffic and identity theft
  • Create cases for customers and analyze network traffic to assess risk
  • Manage multiple systems and high-volume workload to mitigate fraud
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a dedicated workspace free of distractions
  • Must have high-speed internet and ability to connect directly to an ethernet portal
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
