Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Fraud Call Center Representative will handle inbound calls regarding suspected fraud, create customer cases, and analyze network traffic to mitigate fraud risks.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls related to suspected fraud and identify theft
- Create cases for customers and update order information regarding fraud
- Analyze network traffic and orders to assess risk and prevent fraud loss
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must provide your own computer monitor; remaining equipment will be supplied
- Must have high-speed internet and the ability to connect directly to an ethernet portal
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, between 8 a.m. and 12:30 a.m
- Must be 18 years of age or older
