Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fraud Case Management Product & Project Support Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Fraud Case Management platform, ensuring stability and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of FCM-related initiatives, including enhancements and operational improvements
  • Act as a liaison between various teams, facilitating communication and documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience with Fraud Case Management platforms or similar fraud and risk systems
  • Proven ability in both product support and project delivery functions
  • Hands-on experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect tracking
  • Ability to analyze complex data and workflows to identify issues and improvements
  • Experience working effectively with technology teams and external vendors
