Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Claims SIU Manager and external vendors on investigative assignments
• Conduct investigations including background searches, witness interviews, and documentation analysis
• Prepare detailed investigative reports and ensure compliance with fraud-related laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of analytical/investigative experience in insurance
• Extensive knowledge of claims investigation and fraud investigation processes
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Preferred certifications: FCLS, FCLA, CFE, or CIFA
• Proficiency with external database tools and ability to identify red flags in data
