A company is looking for a Fraud & Claims Operations Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support fraud and claims operations by identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience and mitigate risks
  • Perform customer support tasks and oversee multiple claim types, making decisions using various systems
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate questions or issues as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of Customer Service experience or equivalent through work, training, military experience, or education
  • 1 year of experience in retail banking or knowledge of New Account Fraud Originations
  • Experience handling check negotiability and validation
  • Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance standards, and operational procedures
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
