Job Summary
Managing a team of fraud and complaints staff, the full-time salaried Fraud & Complaints Manager in Solar Servicing will oversee complex investigations, implement process enhancements, and provide data-driven insights to mitigate risks in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage internal and external staff conducting fraud and complaint investigations, including training and monitoring
- Develop reporting on fraud and complaint trends, providing insights and recommendations to management
- Identify and implement process enhancements and automation tools to improve team productivity and efficiency
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in fraud investigation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of lending and debt collection regulations, including FCRA and FDCPA
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools such as SQL and LexisNexis
- Strong understanding of fraud detection techniques and relevant laws and regulations
