Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the part-time hourly Fraud Intake Specialist will respond to inquiries, research and resolve issues related to fraud, and act as a liaison between customers and various departments, working remotely on a Tuesday to Saturday shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. CST.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email, ensuring high levels of service
  • Research and resolve fraud-related issues and errors, utilizing product knowledge and applicable regulations
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to address complex issues effectively
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 months of customer service or related experience
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems and applications
  • Experience in handling interactions with unsatisfied customers
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask effectively
