Job Summary
Providing high-level customer service, the part-time hourly Fraud Intake Specialist will respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to fraud and disputes, while working remotely and managing a flexible schedule that includes one weekend day each week.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to telephone and email inquiries, providing assistance with fraud-related issues
- Research and resolve customer problems, acting as a liaison between customers and various departments
- Develop a thorough knowledge of products, services, and applicable regulations to effectively assist customers
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of nine months of contact center customer service experience or 18 months of related experience
- Completion of specialized skill training relevant to the position
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
- Experience in managing customer interactions, particularly with unsatisfied customers
