Fraud Intelligence Director

Job Summary

Transforming the Fraud Intelligence Team into a high-impact function, the full-time remote Head of Fraud Intelligence will oversee operational improvements, develop talent, and create measurable business impacts through fraud prevention initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish performance baselines and operational metrics for fraud labeling and business impact
• Design and implement scalable quality assurance processes to improve labeling accuracy
• Build and develop a best-in-class entry-level talent program for Fraud Intelligence Analysts

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in fraud operations, fraud intelligence, or related fields, with significant people leadership experience
• 4+ years of management experience overseeing a team of Fraud Analysts
• Demonstrated success in leading operational teams with high-volume, quality-sensitive workflows
• Strong analytical skills and technical fluency, with experience in AI, automation, or operational technologies
• Proven ability to develop early-career talent and create internal mobility pathways
