Fraud Intelligence Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of analysts, the remote Fraud Intelligence Manager will develop monitoring frameworks and optimize AI agent performance to detect and prevent fraud while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale behavioral and transactional data to identify fraud signals
• Develop and implement monitoring solutions to respond to emerging fraud threats
• Mentor and manage junior data analysts while driving continuous improvement in fraud detection strategies

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in fraud analytics, preferably in e-commerce or retail
• 2+ years of experience in mentoring and managing analytics teams
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data storytelling
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to influence cross-functional outcomes
