Fraud Investigations Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising daily fraud investigative operations, the remote Fraud Investigations Supervisor will implement and administer fraud investigation programs, oversee staff investigations, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day fraud investigative operations and assist staff with investigations and reporting
• Implement training programs for fraud typologies and act as a liaison regarding fraud-related matters
• Compile data, maintain records, and ensure investigations meet service level agreements and quality assurance expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, intelligence studies, or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Supervisory or leadership experience is required
• Financial crime investigation experience and fraud certification preferred
• Working knowledge of compliance, risk management, and anti-money laundering regulations
• Solid understanding of systems related to suspicious activity monitoring and database management
