A company is looking for a Fraud Investigator 1.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate, assign, complete investigations, and resolve Fraud Application cases
• Review system records and gather information pertaining to the case
• Communicate results to applicable departments and update accounts and credit reports

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of related work experience
• Well-developed research and analytical abilities
• Proficient in using various technology tools and software packages
• Ability to follow procedures and resolve problems with minimal guidance
