Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fraud & Abuse Investigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate networks of potentially fraudulent accounts using internal tools and data analysis
• Make decisions on account suspensions based on evidence and established guidelines
• Identify third-party platforms where services are being resold without authorization and draft takedown requests

Required Qualifications

• Experience in trust & safety, fraud investigation, or abuse operations
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data analytics, including SQL or other data querying tools
• Experience working with data warehouses like Redshift, Clickhouse, or Snowflake
• Ability to make sound judgments with incomplete information
• Comfort with working independently
