Fraud Investigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fraud Investigator to support fraud detection and prevention efforts in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze fraud patterns and provide intelligence to minimize losses and protect customers
• Collect and document investigational evidence while performing root cause analysis on fraud incidents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist in various project assignments related to fraud investigations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services or investigations/law enforcement
• Some college preferred or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency with basic office software, including MS Office applications
• Working knowledge of financial products and basic investigative procedures
• Understanding of government/regulatory statutes related to financial services and fraud
