Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fraud Investigator to protect against fraud losses while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate customer contacts related to fraud and disputes, including Application Fraud and Account Takeover
  • Proactively identify fraudulent applications and transactions to protect the business and its customers
  • Manage cases from start to finish and serve as the point of contact for offshore vendors and other business areas
