Job Summary
As a full-time remote Fraud Investigator II, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving fraudulent activity across various products and services, engaging with members to mitigate risk, and managing end-to-end investigations to safeguard financial assets.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize fraud management systems to monitor accounts and detect suspicious activity
- Engage with members to review and address fraudulent transactions, providing guidance to protect their assets
- Conduct thorough investigations of fraud alerts and claims, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/educational experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in fraud prevention, detection, or case investigations
- Intermediate knowledge of relevant regulations, including Regulation E, Regulation CC, and Regulation UCC
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience with customer service in a fraud-related context
