Fraud Investigator - Missouri Licensed

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Fraud Investigator - Missouri Licensed will manage the prevention, detection, and investigation of bankcard fraud, ensuring the recovery of losses related to debit, prepaid, and credit cards.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and review fraud/dispute cases while meeting productivity and quality expectations
• Monitor account activity, perform card maintenance duties, and process credit card functionality requests
• Assist with documenting department procedures and training team members

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of general investigative or related experience
• Intermediate knowledge of the fraud industry and related best practices
• Basic understanding of regulations such as Reg E, Reg Z, and Card Act
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
