Job Summary

Providing essential support to enhance member financial relationships, the full-time Fraud Management Intake Specialist will manage fraud inquiries, file claims, and assist with account restrictions while working remotely during evening shifts.

Key responsibilities:
  • Respond to fraud-related inquiries from members and internal teams, ensuring effective resolution and support
  • Initiate and manage card claims and Zelle disputes, maintaining accurate records and updates for all claims
  • Collaborate with various teams to address complex fraud incidents and provide guidance on suspicious transactions
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience at a financial institution or 18 months of relevant member service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems and applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to de-escalate calls and handle high-pressure situations effectively
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving fraud trends and technologies
