Job Summary
Providing essential support to enhance member financial relationships, the full-time Fraud Management Intake Specialist will manage fraud inquiries, file claims, and assist with account restrictions while working remotely during evening shifts.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to fraud-related inquiries from members and internal teams, ensuring effective resolution and support
- Initiate and manage card claims and Zelle disputes, maintaining accurate records and updates for all claims
- Collaborate with various teams to address complex fraud incidents and provide guidance on suspicious transactions
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience at a financial institution or 18 months of relevant member service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems and applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to de-escalate calls and handle high-pressure situations effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving fraud trends and technologies
