Job Summary

Managing the Fraud Investigations Team, the full-time salaried Fraud Manager - Utah Licensed will oversee fraud investigations, direct recovery efforts, and ensure compliance with regulations while working in a hybrid environment that includes both in-office and remote responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and manage the daily workflow and processes of the Fraud Investigations Team to maximize recovery efforts and ensure quality service
• Coach, mentor, and train team members on investigative techniques, compliance standards, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with the Fraud Analysis Team to identify emerging fraud threats and coordinate with law enforcement on investigations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminology, criminal justice, business, finance, or a related field
• 5 years of professional experience in a financial setting, with 3 years in a supervisory role
• Experience in investigating fraud cases such as application fraud and account takeover
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with fraud software systems
• Certification as a Financial Crime Investigator or related certification preferred
