Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fraud Ops Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sessions, users, and transactions to identify fraud patterns and improve client fraud posture
• Manage active fraud attacks and participate in on-call rotation for urgent resolutions
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams to enhance fraud prevention strategies and solutions

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in fraud prevention, investigations, or risk management, preferably in fintech/payments
• Strong SQL skills and experience with analytics tools like BigQuery or Metabase
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations and taking ownership of issues
• Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities
