Fraud Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Analyst II - Fraud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract and organize data from multiple systems to provide actionable insights on operational performance
• Design and develop operational dashboards aligned with business objectives and evaluate service levels and policies
• Analyze data to identify fraud trends and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver quantitative insights through reports and presentations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and one year of relevant experience, or three years of equivalent professional experience
• Advanced proficiency in SAS and SQL, with a willingness to learn additional analytical tools
• Experience in designing and developing dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Proven ability to evaluate and visualize large, complex datasets
• Experience in fraud detection, prevention, or analysis within a fast-paced environment
