Fraud Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a temporary basis from June 2026 to November 2026, the Fraud Operations Analyst will review suspicious activity, investigate fraud patterns, and protect merchants and carriers from abuse while maintaining performance metrics and adhering to service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Review and triage alerts flagged by Sift, Stripe RADAR, and internal reports
• Investigate suspicious accounts and transactions; recommend and execute account actions where appropriate
• Document findings clearly in Shippo's fraud management tools and educate customers on best practices for safe shipping

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in shipping and logistics and/or fraud prevention
• Proven track record of meeting SLAs or productivity targets in an operational environment
• Experience working in multiple systems such as Sift, Stripe, and Looker
• Integrity and sound judgment when handling sensitive data and decisions
• Desire to learn within a mission-driven team
