Job Summary
Transforming transactional data into actionable insights, the full-time Business Operations Analyst II - Fraud will analyze complex transaction data to identify fraud patterns, evaluate fraud detection tools, and collaborate with teams to mitigate fraud risk in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Extract and organize data from multiple systems to provide actionable views of operational performance
- Design and develop operational dashboards that align with business objectives, delivering insights and recommendations
- Proactively analyze data to detect trends and inconsistencies, identifying potential fraud indicators
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and one year of relevant experience, or three years of equivalent professional experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAS and SQL, with a willingness to learn additional analytical tools
- Experience designing and developing interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Proven ability to analyze and visualize large, complex datasets
- Demonstrated experience in fraud detection or analysis within a dynamic business environment
