Fraud Operations Associate Director

Job Summary

Leading the Fraud and Disputes Operations team, the full-time remote Associate Director will develop and implement strategies for investigating and resolving fraud cases and chargebacks, ensuring compliance while enhancing customer trust and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily fraud investigation operations and manage resources to ensure effective processes and service level performance
• Define and execute the operational strategy for fraud investigations and disputes management in alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize fraud and dispute programs, driving continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing Fraud Operations, preferably in financial services
• Experience with card disputes, chargebacks, and regulatory requirements such as Reg Z and Reg E
• Strong analytical skills and experience with fraud detection technologies and data analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Customer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience leading and mentoring teams in a fast-paced environment
